PEI Loo with a view

A few days ago the PEI Department of Highways arrived at the Oyster Bed Bridge beside our Fine Craft Gallery in South Rustico. The normal equipment of trucks, men, signs arrived but then I noticed a blue dot in the distance........ Yes, it was a loo! I am sure it is one of the best views the boys at the department have had from their blue loos! They will be dredging under the bridge to increase the water flow between the Wheatley River and Rustico Bay which is a great beginning to improving the natural water flow.........:)

The pictures from July 13, 2009 turned out so well I thought I would compose a little video to remember the evening by......so this is the photos in my little compostion.

The day had been a dull, overcast day with a little rain - a catch up kind of day......... but the best had been saved for the end of the day. Clouds merged at multiple levels, the sun shone through, white clouds turned into cotton candy then rolled into grey creating a wonderful theatre of colour and form. Just wanted to share these beautiful heavens with you! The shots were taken just outside our woodworking studio in Rustico!
